You will be held you through a long weekend of deep nervous system regulation with strong & therapeutic practices including dynamic movement, deeply healing restorative yoga, meditation, pilgrimage to the sacred Hoywell caves, rituals, dancing, sea swims and more.

All served in the lap of luxury on the Tresilian Estate, my old Cornish abode only 2 miles from the stunning beaches of Newquay, Holywell and Watergate Bay.

You may have seen Tresillian House and Gardens on Rick Steins Cornwall, it’s one of his favourite places to film in Cornwall, and rightly so. Nestled in 30 acres of gardens, woodland and meadows, the 18th century Manor House, Apple Store and Barn are utterly charming. Original features have been given a stunning and tasteful upgrade to create an unforgettable atmospheric and homely environment to hold you in comfort during your stay.

Our dream boat chef and house hostJonny Jeffrey will be on hand to cook us the most delicious healthy food you can imagine - gathered where possible from the Victorian walled garden.

The day will include 2 somatic practices each day, optional sea swimming, rituals, walks and plenty of time for rest. The wonderful Lucinda Morriss will be offering deep and gentle bodywork treatments to facilitate releasing of held patterns and regulation of our nervous systems.

You will leave the retreat fully restored and deeply nourished on a soul and cellular level.
